To apply, first cut above the plastic bubble to open the FX Transfer. Peel the plastic with the FX from the transfer paper. Turn the FX over and press it face down onto the glossy side of the transfer paper. Cut out the FX you plan to use, keeping away from the edge. Peel the plastic from the back of the FX, then place the exposed backside onto your skin and press firmly. Wet the transfer paper with water, wait 30 seconds, and then peel the transfer paper off.
